Appointment & What to expect

Thank you so much for planning to visit our dress shop. Due to a high number of no-show, we no longer accept private appointments during store hours.

Formal dresses are available on a first-come, first-served basis for walk-in customers, while wedding dresses are available by appointment only. Wedding dress appointments can be scheduled via phone (904-570-9635) or email (cococollectionusa@gmail.com).

For those who require a private appointment, we offer them one hour before the store opens. There is a $50 non-refundable fee, which is separate from the cost of your dress. This is fee covers the exclusive use of the store during that time. Private appointments are available for customers who may be immunocompromised or wish to bring more than two guests. For walk-in customers, we kindly ask that you limit your party to no more than two guests (a total of three people, including the customer). Due to limited space around our fitting rooms.

Our store operates a Prom dress registration system to ensure that the same style and color of dress is not duplicated at the same school. You can review the available styles from the list provided in-store before making a purchase.

Additionally, we kindly request that all children remain supervised by an adult at all times while in our store.
