If you do not receive an email confirmation after placing your order, your purchase was not completed. In that case, please call us at 904-570-9635 so we can help process your payment.
In-Store Return Policy
All sales are final, with no exceptions. This is stated in the sales contract you signed at the time of purchase.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, as agreed in the contract you signed. Deposits cannot be refunded because your selected dress is removed from the showroom floor, which means we lose the opportunity to sell it to another client. In addition, manufacturers and designers do not allow cancellations or refunds of any kind. This is an industry standard with no exceptions.
Online Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our merchandise, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed once your order has been placed. Most dresses are special-ordered from the manufacturer and therefore cannot be returned. Please review sizing carefully before placing your order, as size selection is your responsibility. A measuring guide and size chart are provided for your reference.
All dresses are thoroughly inspected before shipping. However, if your dress arrives damaged, you must email us at dressatcoco1@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Once approved, you may return the dress for an exchange. If a replacement is unavailable, you will receive store credit. The dress must be returned unworn, with all tags intact, and before your event date.
Please note: During shipping, beadwork, threads, and clasps may become slightly loose. This is a normal occurrence due to the handmade nature of the garments and is not considered a defect.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will not refund return shipping fees unless the dress is determined to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. In order to return your dress for re-inspection, request RA Request Form via our customer support email dressatcoco1@gmail.com
Online Return & Exchange Policy (Reconfirmation)
Once you leave our store and have signed the sales agreement, all sales are final. All garments must be inspected before leaving our store. For online purchases, you must check a box at checkout agreeing to our no-return policy. No exchanges are permitted under any circumstances.
Damage Disclaimer
Dresses are not considered defective if beadwork comes loose, decorations fall off, or the fabric tears during wear. Our gowns are handmade and delicate, so please handle and wear with care.
Color Variations
Colors may appear different on your computer or smartphone screen compared to in person. Please take this into account when ordering online. All sales are final.
Sizing & Measurements
Online Customers: If you provide your own measurements for size recommendations, we cannot guarantee accuracy unless we take the measurements ourselves. Incorrect measurements may affect the recommended size, and responsibility rests with the client.
In-Store Customers: We guarantee the best size based on our professional measurements. However, if you choose a smaller size than recommended, you assume full responsibility and the sale is final.
Alterations
Almost every dress will require alterations for the perfect fit. Dresses are made to standard manufacturer measurements and then tailored to your body. Please select the size based on your largest measurement; dresses can typically be taken in but not easily let out. Hemming and strap adjustments are common and expected.
All sizes follow U.S. sizing. International customers should be aware of possible variations in size.
We are not responsible for alterations.
In-Store Pricing
In-store prices may be slightly higher than online due to boutique services (fittings, consultations, etc.). Online pricing is intended for self-service customers. All sales are final.
Deposits (Additional Information)
Deposits for special orders or layaways are non-refundable and non-transferable. We offer a 90-day layaway plan at no interest. If full payment is not made within 90 days, a $50 monthly fee will be added. If final payment is not made and no extension is requested, your deposit and gown will be forfeited.
